Two-way ratchet on models T1500 through T1801 brings rope into either top of drum or bottom to hold bow of boat down. Heavy-duty frame strengthens cross shaft on models T1500 through T1801 to maintain ratchet alignment under heavy loads. Maximum mechanical advantage given. Drum storage is for rope. T1100, T1300, and T1500 have been redesigned to become stronger with a higher capacity. In addition, the life cycle of the winch is significantly increased.
