Cancellations

 

  1. Orders cancelled prior shipment will not have any cancellation fees
  2. Orders cancelled after shipments will have a cancellation fee of 20% reestocking fee 

 

Returns Policy

 

  1. We will gladly accept any part for return/ refund if hasn't been installed or damaged within 30 days after the purchase
  2. There may be a 25% reestocking fee for approved returns (see #1)
  3. Shipping is not refundable when for returns of orders when the customer changed his mind or he no longer needed the part
  4. To request a refund please call us 210-560-6568 or email us at sales@proboatparts.com to provide you with the RMA number and any other information needed

 

Refunds

 

  1. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item)
  2. There will be a 25% restocking fee in approved returns (see returns policies) 
  3. Shipping is not refundable in orders cancelled after shipment, or when the customer returned because he changed his mind or no longer needed the part
  4. You should receive your refund within 10 business days after receiving the part


Shipping

 

  1. We ship the orders within 2 business days 
  2. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  3. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
  4. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
